| I was happy at first time when the tire was fixed and more services you looked after my van. but I had to go back in a few days because the tire was leaking air. I was told I have to replace another tire which would cost $200. That is not option for my financial. I am still glad I can borrow the tire you offer me to use in a week until I got a second hand tire to replace my broke one. It is just a good and a bad time for this. Thank you for your work |

| Shop Comment I apologize for the misunderstanding. The coupon that we accepted from you suggests on it an approximate $40 value right on the coupon. Perhaps it was not clear enough. We gave you a $45 discount going over and above what we would typically do. Because you wanted synthetic oil (a more expensive oil) your oil change was more money thus leaving a balance. I apologize that we were not clear enough on the fact that there would be a difference to pay. I sincerely hope this will not affect your business at Sparkline in the future. We will make every attempt to be clear on every level as providing excellent customer service is very important to us. Thank you for your honest comments. |
